2. 14-Day Return Window for Damaged Goods

We accept returns or refund requests within 14 days of receiving your order only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We cannot accept returns for food products that have been opened, or simply because you changed your mind.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you, or we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent), we will cover the cost of return shipping (if we require the item to be returned).

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
